The Practice is open from 8.30am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday except on a Thursday when we close at 1.00pm.
We operate a telephone consultation service for the Doctors please ring us on 02890 296600 before 11.00am. If the Doctor feels they need to see you face to face they will book an appointment to see you.
Prescriptions, sick lines etc can be collected by patients at in reception at two separate times of the day. Please try not to ring us at these times. The times are between 11.00am – 12.00 noon and 3.30pm – 4.30pm.
Please allow 72 hours to process repeat medications, this allows us more time to process your request and reduces your waiting time.
We would encourage all patients to register for online services to enable the ordering of repeat medications. Access codes can be collected at the reception front desk with Identification. Having your prescription collected by a local pharmacy is not only more convenient for you but helps reduce queuing. If you would like to use a local pharmacy please let us know at reception.
