Dear Parents
We are piloting a new approach to bookings for these vaccines.
If you receive a text your child is eligible for the vaccine. Within the text is a link to book the appointment yourself.
Clicking the link embedded in the text will show you available dates and times for appointments. This year we plan to have the appointments on 26th September 2024 (PM) and 09th October 2024 (PM). Click on the date and time you would like to attend and confirm the appointment. You will receive a confirmation text once completed.
We would encourage all patients to keep your mobile number up to date with the practice and use this booking service. However, in the event you are unable to use this service please ring 02890 296600 after 1pm to book an appointment.
Important information to note.
You can only use the text booking service if you receive a text.
The booking link is only valid for 7 days.
Need a reminder after you have booked your appointment? There is an ‘Add to Calendar’ function on the appointment confirmation screen.
